When I am not working in my private clinic I work for the NHS in a GP practice supporting patients to improve their health and relationship with food, this is achieved with talking therapy, nutritional analysis, and health coaching. Prior to this role I also worked with children who had challenging relationships with food, helping them develop a better understanding of their feeling and improve their knowledge of nutrition. I also research scientific nutrition publications and produce evidence-based articles on nutrition and nutritional psychology.
