This will allow you to ask the initial questions you have, find out which package would suit you best, and get to know the therapist. It’s important you feel heard and can warm to the therapist to allow you to benefit fully from the work we do together.

You can book a FREE discovery call to allow you to ask any initial questions you have, find out which package would suit you best, and get to know the therapist. It’s important you feel heard by the therapist and can warm to them to allow you to benefit fully from the work we do together. If you use the Discovery Call booking form we will be in touch to book in a session with you. We book slots in between Monday and Friday 10-4 and offer some evening and weekend slots also to accommodate everyone.


What if you can’t help treat my problem?

Nutritionists are able to successfully support individuals through many weight and health related food challenges. However, if at any time it is clear that you need the help of a more specialised service such as a dietician or G.P. We will help you to find the correct person to help you and write you a report to inform them of our findings.' to 'signpost you to the correct person.


Where are you based?

I run a small private clinic in Lower Hacheston, Suffolk in the grounds of my property; however, there is an option of a virtual clinic to allow consultations for individuals who are not in the area or who prefer this means.


Do you provide Meal Plans?

Meal plans need to be created by the individual using them for them to be successful. Therefore, we can work together to support you to produce your own with nutritional guidance to ensure it is appropriate to your aim. We want you to succeed and we know that this is the best way for you to stick to the plan and enjoy your food again.


What are your qualifications?

How long are the sessions?

Session run between 45-60 minutes as a standard; however, longer sessions can be booked on request.


How much does it cost?

You can find details about the programmes we offer and costs HERE (add hyperlink to Consultations). Payment is required upon booking the first session and is non-refundable. However, should you have a genuine reason for cancelling then please contact us via the contact form HERE and we will consider your case individually. If you are unable to pay the full amount up front then let us know and we will work out a payment schedule for you.


How accessible is the clinic?

There is parking 50 yards away from the clinic, due to the size of the doorway some access maybe restricted such as wheelchair access; however, alternative arrangements can be made, or the consultation could take place online.

We believe that nutritional health should be available to all, if you can’t afford the cost please contact us and we will try to help accommodate your budget.
